MDS Explained.

The Multi Displacement System (MDS) is a technology used in internal combustion engines, primarily developed by Chrysler, to improve fuel efficiency. This effectively reduces the engine’s displacement, allowing it to use less fuel. When more power is required, the system seamlessly reactivates the cylinders to provide full engine performance.
